PD Instore is seeking an Installation Coordinator to manage the installation of high-end retail fixtures, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams from planning through completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years in construction management, architecture, fixture project management, or related field.
• Willingness to travel and work off-hours/weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders and approve invoices for vendor services.
• Create Scope of Work documents detailing project requirements and expectations.
• Assess situations and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Expedite information between field, client, vendor, and coworkers.
• Maintain updates across multiple systems and ensure timely project progression.
