Job summary

PD Instore is seeking an organized Installation Coordinator to manage the installation of high-end retail fixtures for world-class brands. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to move projects from planning through completion.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong partnerships, and can manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years in construction management, architecture, fixture project management or related field.
  • Strong reading and understanding of installation instructions, CAD drawings and floor layouts.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Issue purchase orders and approve vendor invoices.
  • Create Scope of Work documents detailing project requirements and expectations.
  • Assess situations and communicate efficiently with clients, vendors and teammates.
  • Expedite information between field, client and coworkers to keep projects moving.
