Job summary

ActionLink is seeking an Installation Team Leader to oversee retail installation, merchandising and display projects. This hands-on role combines technical skill with strong leadership to guide fixture installations, store resets, and technology integrations while maintaining safety and high-quality execution.

The role is full-time with possible evening, weekend, or overnight travel for select projects. Candidates should demonstrate leadership, project coordination, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coordinating and motivating teams.
• Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, or display projects.
• Ability to interpret planograms and installation guides.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail installations, merchandising projects, and displays from start to finish.
• Direct onsite teams to ensure quality, safety and timely completion.
• Communicate project status, resolve issues, and support client outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with store leadership, clients and team members.
