Job summary

Albertsons Companies seeks a Personnel Coordinator to be the in-store go-to person for all things HR. You’ll recruit, onboard, welcome new team members, maintain employee records, and ensure payroll accuracy, while organizing associate events.

You’ll partner with store and department management to staff roles, support HR and Benefits teams, and help with training and compliance. Local travel for recruiting events may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; high confidentiality.
• Familiarity with HR processes, compliance, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan staffing with store and department management and oversee full-cycle recruitment.
• Conduct interviews, prescreen, and coordinate orientations for new hires.
• Maintain personnel files, time/attendance records, and data changes.
• Serve as liaison between associates and HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams.
• Support performance management, leaves, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, events, training, and local recruitment efforts.
