Job summary

Nouria Energy Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with store-level business goals across our retail network in Georgia.

You will lead workforce planning, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. Travel 75% locally; schedule includes weekdays, with occasional evenings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, across multiple HR functions.
• BA/BS or comparable HRCI/SHRM certification preferred.
• Retail industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on training experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience dealing with complex employee relations issues (EEO, OSHA, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication for all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong business partner relationship with Operations to understand goals and challenges.
• Lead workforce planning and succession planning for the area.
• Provide day-to-day performance management and guidance to field organization.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment laws and Nouria policies.
• Investigate issues, provide recommendations, and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate recruitment needs with Talent Acquisition and assist onboarding and training.
