Job summary

Nouria Energy is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives and functions with store-level business needs across its Georgia retail locations.

The role covers performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, policy interpretation and training, with responsibility for supporting about 50 stores in the field.

You will collaborate with Operations and Corporate partners, travel locally about 75% and influence people programs across the network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience across all functions such as performance, payroll, recruitment.
• Retail or multi-unit experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Build business partner relationships with Operations to understand goals and challenges.
• Lead workforce and succession planning for the assigned area.
• Provide day-to-day performance management and coaching to stores.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment laws and Nouria policies.
• Investigate employee relations issues and provide guidance for resolution.
