Job summary

Fast Retailing in Orlando, FL is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR functions including talent acquisition, payroll, timecard enforcement, and maintenance of personnel files. Reporting to the in-store HR Assistant Manager, this role blends administrative precision with people-centric service.

You will partner with store leadership to resolve employee relations issues, assist with interviews and on-site recruiting events, manage documentation, and help ensure compliance with HR

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year HR administration or similar administrative experience.
• Experience in retail preferred
• Strong PC knowledge including MS Excel and Word
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area Human Resources Manager and HR Assistant Manager on employee relations issues and staffing objectives
• Process various reports and administrative HR recording tasks
• Serve as liaison for employee relations questions, leaves of absence, PTO, workers compensation, etc.
• Assist with interviews, investigations, disciplinary actions, and HR store-level support
• Collaborate with store managers, HR, training and payroll cross-functionally
• Support recruitment by developing relationships with external sources and attending on-site events
• Post and update open positions on internal and external boards and assist with job fairs
• Support special projects as assigned by management
