Job summary

David Yurman is seeking an HR Business Partner for the Central US retail population. This field-based role will visit stores regularly and partner with Retail leadership to drive people strategies, talent development, and employee relations across the region.

Located near major stores in Atlanta or willing to relocate, you will support recruitment, performance, learning, and HR operations, ensuring policy adherence and a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3–5 years HR experience.
• Experience managing a population and strong knowledge of HR practices.
• Willingness to travel frequently and visit retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations proactively with Retail management.
• Lead annual review processes for region and ensure consistency.
• Support promotions, career path mapping and succession planning.
• Recruitment: source, interview and assess retail talent.
• Partner with compensation, benefits, and payroll stakeholders.
• Maintain Workday HRIS accuracy and policy parity.
