Job summary

Curated Search Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support regional retail operations across the Southeast, Texas and the West Coast, along with its distribution centre in New Jersey. You will partner with regional leaders to align people strategies with commercial objectives and lead talent planning, succession, and leadership development.

The role requires strong knowledge of US employment law, multi-site experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Established HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and employee relations.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations.
• Commercially minded with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.

The Profile

• Established HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and employee relations.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations.
• Commercially minded, with the confidence to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related discipline.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification advantageous.

The Package

• Salary from $120,000 to $140,000
• Bonus up to 10%
• Benefits including three weeks' vacation, 14 company holidays, 50% employee discount and access to employee only sales.
• Location of office, New Jersey
• Travel will be expected approximately 30% of the time to support the retail network and wider business.
