Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service excellence.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership in achieving goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
• Support filling open positions by recruiting, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, pre-screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist with onboarding, including materials, training, peer partner, and store tour.
• Champion engagement and retention through team-building, recognition, and positive culture.
• Communicate policies, assist with benefits questions, and maintain associate files.
• Perform time and attendance tasks, review timecards, and support scheduling.
• Complete daily cash office functions, deposits, change orders, and audits.
• Leverage training tools to build skills and stay informed on products and events.
• Support in-store customer experience and store coverage during peak periods.
• Uphold asset protection procedures and safety guidelines.
