• Develop and manage weekly associate schedules for optimal coverage.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing guidance to store associates.
• Maintain accurate associate data across systems for payroll and reporting.
• Monitor key metrics and drive engagement and performance initiatives.
• Ensure policy, benefits, scheduling, and learning platforms are understood by associates.
• Collaborate with store leaders to deliver a positive associate experience.
