The role is hourly with monthly bonus eligibility and requires leadership in onboarding, engagement, and data integrity across systems. You will collaborate with store leaders to meet objectives and improve store performance metrics.

• Ability to manage schedules and maintain data accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives.
• Develop weekly store schedules aligned to traffic and budgets.
• Ensure data integrity across HR systems and records.
• Conduct onboarding to prepare associates for service, selling, and operations.
• Support store leadership with employee relations and communications.
• Uphold asset protection and safety guidelines while staffing.
