Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a Guest Service Leader in a fast-paced retail environment in Westborough, MA. You will help manage day-to-day operations, lead by example, and coach team members to provide exceptional guest service.

The role supports both part-time and full-time schedules, with opportunities for growth, benefits, and ongoing training. A strong focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Guest Service Associate.
• 6–12 months retail, guest service or restaurant experience preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a friendly manner and make them feel welcomed.
• Process guest transactions efficiently and with a smile.
• Maintain store appearance, stock, and cleanliness including coffee and food service areas.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure the store remains in-stock.
• In the absence of the Store Manager, assist with reports, ordering, and banking.
• Lead by example following company values and policies.
• Provide coaching and direction to team members as acting store lead.
• Assist with food preparation and safety in food-service stores when needed.
• Prioritize safety for guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
