Job summary

The Farmer’s Dog is seeking a Manager, Retail Execution to lead how fresh dog food shows up on shelf, starting with our Walmart partnership. You’ll manage broker teams, set expectations, and work directly with Walmart store managers to drive in-store success.

You’ll build strong relationships, translate sales data into action, and travel to markets as needed to ensure incremental wins and strong in-store presence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in retail sales, field execution, or broker management within CPG, ideally with direct Walmart experience.
• Strong relationship-building with store managers and broker partners.
• Fluency with retail data and systems; ability to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Own broker relationship for field execution and train the team on best-in-class execution.
• Build cadence for broker workstreams with regular check-ins and follow-ups.
• Coach field team on local selling and space negotiation with stores.
• Represent The Farmer's Dog in-market with Walmart regional teams and drive incremental displays.
