Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 3 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or relevant area OR 5 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor teams.
• Experience developing and executing sales strategies aligned with objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to drive business growth and achieve key objectives.
• Oversee account management and negotiate agreements to ensure alignment with goals and procurement standards.
• Supervise and mentor associates, fostering a collaborative team environment and promoting continuous development.
• Evaluate current programs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and value realization.
