Job summary

General Mills is seeking a Retail Trade Planning Lead (TPL) focused on Walmart Pet Retail Execution. You will lead planning, analytics and execution with cross-functional teams to drive selling opportunities across Walmart Pet channels.

You will partner with the Pet Retail Excellence and Walmart Pet Customer teams to implement data-driven strategies, develop impactful offers, and ensure alignment across stakeholders while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for candidates.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in sales, account management, trade funding, category management or related roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint demonstrated.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a standardized, integrated planning and execution process for Walmart Pet team initiatives.
• Develop offers in partnership with the Walmart Pet Customer Team to maximize selling effectiveness.
• Analyze retail data from Salesforce, Tableau, and external data sources to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver clear communications and align stakeholders across NRO and Sales leadership.
