Backyard Products, LLC is seeking a Sales Operations Support Manager to grow the Walmart business across in-store and eCommerce channels. You will manage buyer relationships, develop sales plans, and coordinate promotions to drive revenue and EBITDA growth.

The role requires analyzing sales data, building roadmaps with cross-functional teams, and presenting performance insights to leadership. Travel may be required to support account activities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years Walmart/omnichannel retail experience preferred.
• Walmart Retail Link and/or Luminate experience preferred.
• Walmart Connect, WFS, or Marketplace experience preferred.
• Experience in toys, outdoor, seasonal, home, or hardlines categories preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with Walmart buyers, merchants, replenishment teams, ecommerce contacts, and key decision makers.
• Run regular meetings to understand Walmart needs and identify incremental revenue opportunities.
• Support Walmart 1P and Marketplace growth strategies; lead line reviews and promotions.
