• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; degree in Selling, Marketing, or Business is a plus.
• Telephone sales experience preferred.
• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in HubSpot and ZoomInfo is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Must have practical sales experience in relevant industries.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the retail sector.
• Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and events.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support growth.
