Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Retail Development Specialist to sell products to business and industrial establishments at retail stores and showrooms. You will own and cultivate physical, digital, and marketing retail processes in a high-volume outbound call environment.

Responsibilities include CRM data entry, lead pre-qualification, calling customers, presenting products and prices, preparing contracts, and developing lasting buyer relationships. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience; combination acceptable.
• Ability to sell and develop leads in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to groups.

Responsibilities

• Document lists of prospective customers in the CRM system.
• Pre-qualify sales leads and call regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Display or demonstrate products, emphasizing features and benefits.
• Present prices and terms; prepare sales contracts.
• Prepare reports of transactions and maintain expense records.
• Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts.
• Coordinate customer training and enter data into the CRM.
