JETSET Pilates Franchising seeks a Senior Director of Retail to own the retail function across the network, shaping product strategy, inventory planning, and supplier management. This role drives growth as JETSET scales to 300 studios by 2027, balancing margins with franchisee success.

The leader will oversee a team, forecast demand, manage open-to-buy, and partner with Finance, Marketing, and Franchise Operations to optimize performance and launches in a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Merchandising, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in retail or wholesale merchandising, product management, or merchandise planning, with leadership experience.
• Experience managing overseas and domestic manufacturers and a 3PL warehouse partner.
• Proven track record growing retail revenue and margin with measurable results.
• Experience identifying, testing, and launching new products and promotions.
• Experience with Shopify or a comparable e-commerce/inventory platform and data-driven planning.
• Strong financial acumen; able to discuss inventory, margin and reserves with Finance.

Responsabilités

• Own SKU-level demand forecast updated monthly, including run-rate, seasonality and openings.
• Own the inventory plan and open-to-buy budget; approve capital allocation before POs.
• Lead product development and retail calendar, including core styles, seasonal drops and accessories.
• Manage supplier and 3PL relationships; ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment and stock health.
• Lead a monthly inventory review with Finance, Marketing and key vendors.
