Job summary

Minnesota Cannabis Services is seeking a General Manager to lead our retail operations across a multi-unit footprint. You’ll oversee daily operations, compliance, financial reporting, and team development, setting a standard of excellence and driving growth through data-driven decisions.

You’ll mentor a team of managers, manage scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and safety, and collaborate with corporate to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-functional retail management with direct supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with scheduling, inventory systems, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 21 years of age and able to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and associates to exceed operational and financial goals.
• Oversee scheduling, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
• Champion a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and coach Assistant GMs, preparing them for future leadership roles.
• Collaborate with corporate and cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, consistency, and excellence in every facet of operations.
