Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in general merchandise preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Moves, lifts, carries and places merchandise and supplies weighing up to 60 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work in variable conditions and environments.

Responsibilities

• General Merchandise Department Operations – readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures.
• Inventory preparation, department financial goals and objectives, cleanliness, and safety of equipment.
• Merchandising standards including stocking, displays, signing, and floor procedures.
• Replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, returns, and back stock.
• Customer-focused service and relationship building with customers and team.
