Harps is seeking a General Merchandise Manager to oversee department operations, staffing, pricing, inventory, and safety protocols at our Wasco location. You will drive replenishment, ordering, receiving, and returns to maintain stock integrity while upholding Harps’ service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Experience in general merchandise preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general merchandise department operations including staffing, pricing, inventory, and policy adherence.
• Ensure department readiness, cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools.
• Lead replenishment, ordering, receiving, invoicing, and returns to maintain stock accuracy.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to build skills and accountability.
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster a positive shopping experience.
