• General merchandise department operations, including staffing, readiness, pricing, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, and safety compliance.
• Replenishment, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns.
• Merchandising and maintaining displays and floor standards.
• Build relationships and mentor teammates to deliver strong customer service.
• Uphold Harps’ mission and ensure high-quality service and product standards.
