Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage general merchandise department operations, including staffing, price maintenance, policies, inventory preparation, and safety.
• Oversee replenishment, inventory, receiving, invoicing, back stock, damages and returns, and shelf readiness.
• Maintain merchandising standards, displays, signing, and overall department procedures.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff and build strong customer service.
