Qualifications

• 3–5 years retail management experience.
• Experience with profit & loss statements and scheduling.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Able to lift 35–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a high-performing store from opening to closing.
• Manage sales floor and back-of-house production teams for smooth flow.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and merchandising to maximize revenue.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a dynamic staff.
• Cultivate a customer-first culture and ensure top-tier service.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and loss prevention protocols.
• Own store P&L and make data-driven performance decisions.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and scheduling in internal systems.
• Communicate across departments to align goals and performance.
