The role requires 3–5 years of retail leadership, a focus on customer service, and the ability to work weekends and holidays while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Experience with profit & loss statements.
• Ability to lift 35–50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a high-performing retail store from opening to closing.
• Manage sales floor and back-of-house production teams for smooth flow of merchandise.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and merchandising to maximize revenue.
