Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As General Manager, you shape guest experience by coaching your team and driving high-performance results in a fast-paced sales environment. You’ll own store budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while upholding integrity and collaboration.

You will mentor your Assistant General Manager, recruit and develop talent, manage scheduling, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied. Experience in retail leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Talent management—selecting, interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff.
• Own store numbers: sales, staffing, scheduling, labor control, marketing, and loss prevention.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and regular sales reporting to leadership.
• Coach and mentor the Assistant General Manager and execute brand standards.
