Job summary

Office Depot OfficeMax seeks a General Manager to grow total sales and services at the location, owning results for Sales, Services, and Operations Profit. You will lead store culture, focus on customer experience, and drive traffic through in-store initiatives.

You are responsible for training and developing associates, succession planning, and coaching to create a client-first environment. You will engage with the local community and partner with business teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred
• 2–4 years of management experience or equivalent internal development
• Strong business acumen and sound judgment
• Proven leadership with ability to coach and influence
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficient with POS systems and computers

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates to build trust, loyalty, and a standout customer experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensure satisfaction, and issue resolution.
