Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As a General Manager, you shape guest experience by coaching your team, exceeding sales targets, and running the store like a business with budgeting and forecasting. You mentor your Assistant General Manager and lead weekly leadership calls.

You will drive high-performance results in a fast-paced environment while ensuring operational excellence, integrity, and customer focus through Every Guest, Every Time.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience required.
• Leadership/supervisory experience of 2+ years.
• Management in a commissions-based sales environment is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging sales goals.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
• Experience in interviewing and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for the store: interview, select, and onboard.
• Develop and mentor the sales team and implement training.
• Lead the sales process to ensure Every Guest, Every Time.
• Monitor and drive monthly sales, retention, and service targets.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor controls, and loss prevention.
• Review daily metrics and adjust actions to hit targets.
