Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States seeks a General Manager to shape guest experience by coaching the team and exceeding sales targets while ensuring operational excellence. You will mentor the Assistant General Manager and lead weekly leadership calls, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

You will run the store with a focus on performance, training, and implementing the company vision, while balancing staffing, inventory, and loss prevention responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
