Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks a General Manager to shape guest experience and exceed sales targets. You will coach the team, mentor the Assistant General Manager, and own store performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and loss prevention.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced environment, drive traffic, implement promotions, and ensure all store functions align with the company vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role with management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Strong ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in setting goals, evaluating performance and developing a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and mentor the sales team.
• Coach and follow the sales process with Every Guest Every Time.
• Attract and retain top-caliber employees.
• Act as brand advocate for Victra and provide ongoing sales training and support.
• Drive store strategy, inventory controls, budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting.
