Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, is seeking a General Manager to shape guest experience and lead store teams. You will coach your staff, exceed sales targets, and maintain daily operations with a focus on customer service and performance.

You will mentor the Assistant General Manager, participate in NHU/GMU trainings, and communicate the company vision through daily actions.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience required, 1-3 years.
• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Experience managing in a commissions-based environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong goal setting, performance evaluation, and team development skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• At least 18 years of age; legal work authorization in the US.

Responsibilities
