You will mentor the Assistant General Manager, lead store initiatives, manage staffing, scheduling, training, and loss prevention, and own guest escalations while driving the business forward with energy and integrity.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role in a commissions-based environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to meet sales targets.
• Implement and communicate company vision across all staff.
• Develop and mentor Assistant General Manager.
• Manage store operations including staffing, scheduling, and loss prevention.
