Job summary

Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer in Castro Valley, CA is seeking a General Manager to lead the store team, drive results, and embody the Victra brand. You will coach the Assistant General Manager, manage day-to-day operations, and own staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

You will recruit, hire, and develop talent; set high standards for customer experience; analyze performance data; and collaborate with district leadership to share best practices.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and mentor store staff to drive performance.
• Own store’s sales targets and daily operational metrics.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on store results.
• Ensure excellent guest experience with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Lead and coach Assistant General Manager and sales team.
