Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Retail General Manager to oversee operations at our Obetz, OH location. You will lead staff, ensure exceptional customer service, manage merchandising, safety, and daily processes to drive sales and satisfaction.

You will direct Operations and Assistant Managers, drive budget adherence, and leverage our programs to develop the team and improve store performance. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, well-maintained location with exceptional customer service and proper merchandising.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and waste control.
• Oversee task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, and HR support.
• Train and develop staff to maximize customer service expectations.
• Understand and influence financial reporting, including profit and loss to drive changes.
• Address customer feedback to improve the overall experience.
