Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. in California's high-volume retail environment is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead Operations Managers and Assistant Managers, ensuring superb customer service and efficient operations.

You will drive sales through strong merchandising, staffing, and process optimization, while developing a team and monitoring P&L performance to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail/restaurant/travel stop or c-store management.
• 3+ years managing operations with annual sales > $2M.
• 3+ years guiding budgets and P&L statements.
• 3+ years supervising and training 10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, well-maintained location with strong service.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and waste management.
• Oversee task execution, safety, scheduling, cash integrity, and HR support.
• Train and develop staff to meet customer service goals.
• Understand financial reporting and act on profit and loss insights.
• Address customer feedback to improve experience.
