You will manage staff, processes, and reporting to support profitability and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have extensive restaurant leadership experience, strong budgeting skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restaurant management experience.
• 3+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1M+.
• 3+ years budgeting and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean kitchen and food safety adherence.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and prep.
• Support GM with task execution, safety, scheduling, cash integrity, reporting.
• Coach staff to prepare and package orders promptly to meet service expectations.
• Understand financial reporting to influence business decisions.
• Address customer feedback to improve the dining experience.
