Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail/travel stop/c-store or similar management roles.
• 2+ years managing operations with substantial sales volume.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple functions to drive efficiency and quality.
• Ensure a safe, clean facility and perform routine safety checks.
• Drive product and service sales through effective inventory and merchandising.
• Support the General Manager with scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss data to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
