Pilot Company is seeking a Retail General Manager for Pilot Flying J to oversee high-volume retail facilities, drive sales, and manage teams. You will be responsible for creating customer-focused culture, maintaining vendor relationships, and achieving sales and profit objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
