Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center facilities and to develop and execute business plans that achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction targets.

The role involves building and coaching teams, managing schedules, driving sales, and performing P&L analysis. Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays is required with a customer-focused leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a high-volume environment
• Strong customer service and operations acumen

Responsibilities
