Pilot Flying J is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities and drive the execution of travel center and restaurant business plans. You will aim to achieve standards, sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.

You will build, coach, manage and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring and training perspectives, driving sales while maintaining a customer-focused culture. A flexible schedule is required, including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate integrity and accountability at a managerial level.
