Pilot Flying J is hiring a Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will drive sales, manage a team, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting financial targets.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, vendor relations, and performing P&L analysis to optimize profitability. This role requires flexible scheduling including nights, days, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.
