Pilot Flying J seeks an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will develop and execute business plans to meet sales, profit, and customer satisfaction standards while leading a team across shifts.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing staff, tracking inventory, delivering exceptional customer service, and performing P&L analysis. Flexibility for nights, days, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.
