Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee high-volume retail facilities and drive travel center and restaurant business plans to meet standards, sales, and profit goals, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires leading teams, managing staffing and training, and performing P&L analyses to optimize performance. A flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across travel center and restaurant operations.
• Manage and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring and training perspectives.
