Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking a Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities and execute business plans for travel centers and restaurants. You will drive sales, manage teams, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving profit objectives.

You will lead staffing, interviewing, hiring and training, conduct meetings, and perform P&L analysis to optimize performance across locations. This role requires flexibility for night, day, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service with financial results responsibility.
• Experience in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume retail facilities and execute travel center and restaurant business plans to meet sales, profit, and customer-satisfaction goals.
• Lead and develop teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring and training.
