Job summary

Pilot Flying J is looking for an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. You will be responsible for the creation and execution of travel center and restaurant business plans to meet standards, sales and profit goals, as well as customer satisfaction.

The role requires leadership of teams, strong vendor relationships, and the ability to coach, hire, and train staff while driving results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the generation and execution of travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve standards, sales and profit objectives.
• Lead and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring and training perspectives.
