Victra is seeking a General Manager in Mesa, AZ to lead all store functions with accountability for sales, staffing, and guest experience. You will mentor the Assistant General Manager, drive performance, and own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure the store meets company targets.

You will foster a high-energy, results-driven culture, champion new tools, and coordinate with district leadership to share effective practices across stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership with a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Strong ability to hire, coach, and develop store teams.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting store performance.
• Demonstrated ownership of store results and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for the store and develop the sales team.
• Drive high-performance sales results while managing operations and budgeting.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve escalations promptly.
• Build relationships with district leadership to share best practices.
• Champion new tools and traffic strategies to grow store performance.
