Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a General Manager in Kingman, AZ to shape the guest experience and lead a high-performing retail team. You will coach staff, drive sales, manage store operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on performance.

You will mentor your Assistant General Manager, own hiring, and run the store like a business with accountability for results. Strong leadership and a track record in sales are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
