Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance to meet or exceed standards.
• Coach and develop team; drive new business and revenue growth.
• Lead local marketing and community events to build referrals.
• Oversee loan/pawn applications and risk within limits.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise cash handling, security, and loss prevention.
• Schedule and train staff; ensure adequate coverage, including weekends.
